This website is operated by My Room Art. Acceptance of our order acknowledgement, quote or invoice constitutes acceptance of our full terms and conditions.

Terms Of Sale

By placing an order, you permit us or our payment partners to charge your credit or debit card for the total amount of your order including applicable taxes and delivery.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order with or without providing a reason and without liability to us, you or any other party. If we have already taken payment, a refund will be issued.

We may begin fulfilment of your order anytime from confirmation. If you notice anything incorrect with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you order a product which is out of stock or for which the required materials are out of stock, we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait. If the product is specified to be out of stock on our website we will assume that you are happy to wait. If you decide not to wait we will offer you a substitution or refund. If the substitute is cheaper, we will refund you the difference. Conversely if the substitute costs more that the out-of-stock product, you are responsible for paying the difference.

We may not be held liable by you or any third-party for any price changes, modifications, suspensions or discontinuance of our service.

Every effort is made to keep our pricing up to date. In the unlikely event that you are charged an incorrect price, you agree that you are not bound to that price. In such a case it may be necessary for us to suggest a price modification. If this is not acceptable to you, we will cancel and refund your order.

Credit Account Terms

• All monies clause and retention of title clause – My Room Art retains ownership of the goods and the title to the goods until the buyer has made full payment and completed any other obligations.
• The customer is liable for any third-party costs incurred by My Room Art arising from the late payment or default on any sums owed.
